What Happens Next?

A calendar invitation for our session will be sent to the email address you provided, including your unique Google Meet link to join the session.

Please check your junk/spam folder if the invite hasn’t reached you within 10 minutes.

Preparation Tips

• To get the most out of our time, we recommend being in a quiet space where you are comfortable and can speak freely
• Arrive a few minutes early to test your audio and video
• We recommend using a laptop rather than a phone for the best experience

Changes or Cancellations

We understand that sometimes life happens.  If you need to reschedule, please use the ‘Reschedule’ link in your confirmation email.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, which allows us to offer the time to another client.  Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
