Ember’s work currently focuses on ADHD & Executive Function coaching for adults and parents, along with workshops and intensive group coaching for schools and organisations.
The longer term vision we’re building is a trusted hub of coordinated neurodivergence support, including coaching, education and allied health services.
About Ember
Helping people thrive in how they live, learn and work
Ember was created to reimagine what meaningful support for ADHD looks like.
The need is clear and growing. An estimated 1 in 20 Australians have ADHD, yet support is often difficult to access and hard to navigate. Long wait times, fragmented services and a lack of clear direction leave many people trying to figure things out on their own.
Ember exists to help bridge that gap, thoughtfully and practically. We work with people, their families, schools and organisations to build a deeper understanding of ADHD and neurodivergence through coaching, education and coordinated support.
Meaningful change happens when we move beyond basic awareness.
Our approach to ADHD coaching and executive function support is grounded in real life and focuses on building practical, neuroaffirming and strengths-based systems.
Whether you’re navigating an adult diagnosis, managing the heavy load of parenting or building inclusive organisations, we’re here to help you turn clinical insight into sustainable practice.
Meet Charnine,
Founder of Ember
I am the founder of Ember Coaching and an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach.
The ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) in New York is widely recognised as one of the leading training organisations for ADHD coaches worldwide. Its programs are built on evidence-based coaching principles and deep understanding of ADHD and executive functioning.
I have more than twenty years of professional experience in leadership and transformation roles across large organisations. Throughout my career, I have led and worked closely with teams navigating complexity, change and performance pressures.
This shaped a deep appreciation that people think, learn and work in very different ways. When those differences are understood, people and organisations are far better placed to make meaningful change.
My own late diagnosis of ADHD and my experience navigating a neurodiverse family environment, has shown me first-hand how challenging some days can feel. It has also shown me that with the right support, education and tools, meaningful progress is possible for ourselves and future generations.
There is a lot to be said for sitting across from a coach where you know that no judgement is passed and where there is an intimate understanding and lived experience of neurodivergence. My vision through Ember is to create that space and to work collaboratively with you to make meaningful change.
