Helping People Thrive in How they Live, Learn and Work
Meet Charnine, Founder of Ember
After more than two decades of working in leadership roles across complex organisations, I’ve learnt how important it is to understand that people think, learn and work in very different ways.
My own lived experience with ADHD and navigating a high-pressure professional life along with a neurodiverse home environment, has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges many people and their families face every day.
I now bring that experience into my work as a trained ADHD and Executive Function Coach, working with people, schools and organisations. Together we build practical systems and strategies, a greater understanding of neurodivergence and ultimately make meaningful change in everyday lives.
How ADHD Coaching Makes a Difference
Many people come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure where to begin. Others have spent years trying to manage the challenges of ADHD at work, at home or within family life.
ADHD coaching creates space to step back, understand what is getting in the way and identify practical ways forward.
The Ember Coaching Framework focuses on the key areas that help people navigate ADHD more effectively in everyday life.
We work alongside people, their families, schools and organisations to better understand ADHD and neurodivergence and together focus on what helps people thrive in life, learning and work.
